The first critical aspect of a project, the interior design is divided into three phases:
- Phase 1, Planning: In this phase, Venire interacts with the client to understand their design aspirations, their functional needs, and drafts an approach paper – Project Vision Document.
- Phase 2, Concept: Our designers create Layout Plans, Concept Plans and material specifications, on the basis of the Project Vision Document. Venire engages the client during this phase, to fine-tune the needs and requirements, and ensuring that all the different aspects of functional use has been addressed.
- Phase 3, Design Development: Once the client and Venire agree upon the Layout Concept and material specifications, the Venire Design team then prepares detailed drawings incorporating all aspects of construction. In this phase the Mechanical and Electrical Consultants also work to prepare detailed plans on Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Firefighting, Security, Electrical, Plumbing Plans etc.
- Venire business domain experts and designers work together to get the functional as well as creative designs.
- Brings international designs with innovation and many firsts in the design industry with its partnership with STM, Singapore.
- The matured processes and detailed documentation brings in effective communication, transparency, understanding of project, knowledge sharing between stake holders.
